Marketing Site Design
While working with Localize I had to evaluate all of the ways in which their customers engaged with the existing web app and figure out their pain points so that I could improve usability and help increase engagement metrics. Additionally, I had to offer a fresh perspective on UI across multiple product features and help build a next-generation solution that targeted enterprise clients.
I've worked exclusively on customer-facing product features that included a brand new reporting and billing system, an extensive team management component and a completely revamped dashboard for managing translation projects. I utilized my usual iterative approach to designing software that included creating user flows, building low-fidelity prototypes, conducting user testing, and designing UI in high-fidelity using Sketch.
During a long-term engagement with Localize I’ve helped the company build a set of product features that addressed the needs of their existing customers and launch new product initiatives that helped attract new, larger clients such as Cisco. On top of work on the web app, I also helped Localize revamp their marketing site and create a unified style guide that aimed to help their front-end team with any future UI updates.
