Every once in a while you have to call your bank or service provider to resolve an issue or ask a question. Have you ever wondered how the folks on the other end of the line are able to assist you quickly and provide the answers you need? Well, they use software like ScreenSteps to manage their knowledge base and locate the info they need when you call. Working on a tool that helps hundreds of companies streamline workforce efficiency presented an exciting set of UX challenges for me as a product designer.

Product Design

Through a strategic approach to product design, I made it easy for ScreenSteps customers to create, organize, and distribute knowledge guides on their platform. I worked with ScreenSteps' founding team over a three-year period and helped them design sophisticated web and desktop apps that help hundreds of companies like Vimeo and Dell streamline their workforce operations.
